Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to payment in full for the appointment.

Health Insurance

All major Irish Health Insurance providers offer cover for physiotherapy appointments with a Chartered Physiotherapist. Depending on the terms and conditions of your policy, you may be able to claim back some or all of the total fees paid. Receipts will be provided for all your appointments.

Tax Relief

Chartered Physiotherapy expenses also qualify for tax relief. You can claim relief on health expenses through myAccount or Revenue Online Service (ROS). If you have private health insurance, you can claim tax relief on the portion of those expenses not covered by your insurer.

Financial Difficulties

If you happen to be experiencing financial difficulties that make it challenging for you to afford physiotherapy services please don’t hesitate to get in contact. I believe that cost alone should not be a barrier to quality healthcare for anyone and as much as is feasible I would be happy to work together to figure out a mutually agreeable plan.
